AE Five Enterprises (AE5) serves as the central hub, bringing together three companies established by NBA superstar Anthony Edwards and his business manager Justin Holland: Three-Fifths Media, the AE5 AAU basketball program, and the Don’t Follow The Wave Foundation. Founded in 2020, Anthony and Justin envisioned AE Five Enterprises as a platform to empower youth, amplify voices, and engage with the community beyond the basketball court. AE5 embodies the mantras: "Believe That," "Don't Follow The Wave," and "Respect The Process."

Anthony Edwards, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, is a rising multi-faceted star in the NBA, renowned for his explosive athleticism and scoring prowess. Edwards quickly made a name for himself as a standout basketball player.
After an impressive high school career, Edwards committed to play college basketball at the University of Georgia. It was here that his mantra of “Don’t Follow The Wave” was on display to the world, answering the question of "Why Georgia?"
In the 2020 NBA Draft, Anthony Edwards was selected as the first overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Off the court, Anthony Edwards is known for his charismatic personality and engaging demeanor. He is passionate about giving back to his community through his foundation, "Don’t Follow the Wave," always pushing himself to new heights such as his role in Hustle.

Founded in 2019 by Anthony Edwards, Justin Holland, and Tre McCain, Three Fifths was established with a vision: to create, produce, and develop compelling stories. The name was devised by these three men to reclaim the narrative from its original meaning as stated in Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States, which declared that any person who was not free would be counted as three-fifths of a free individual. Three Fifths aims to demonstrate that individuals can transcend societal labels and origins do not dictate one's future. By honoring our history while producing and crafting stories, we showcase our unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail. In his formative years, there was one word that never crossed Anthony's lips: "Can't." Together with his business manager, Justin Holland, he founded the Don't Follow the Wave Foundation. Their mission is to empower student-athletes by educating them on the myriad career options within sports business, enabling them to realize their full potential while pursuing their passions. Don’t Follow The Wave also focuses on other initiatives such as spreading awareness regarding breast cancer in the African American Community and providing assistance for single mothers in need.
DFTW offers a free membership-based program, providing education, exposure, networking opportunities, and career readiness training to student-athletes interested in sports business careers. Anthony is committed to nurturing his Georgia roots and making a lasting impact wherever he goes. He believes in the power of self-belief, continuously striving to inspire others to realize that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
AE5 Basketball Program
AE5 was established with the mission to foster and champion high-level youth development through educational, athletic, and personal growth opportunities. Rooted in Anthony's core values of Respect, Dedication, and Belief, our program offers teams spanning from 1st grade to 12th grade. AE5 actively organizes and spearheads numerous community service projects each year, cultivating a vibrant community of alumni who excel in collegiate basketball.
